Zapier
Publish Temso articles to Shopify, Webflow, WordPress, or any Zapier app.
The Temso Zapier app sends every published article into a Zap, so you can create the post in whatever CMS you use. No API keys to copy: you click Connect, approve access, and you're done.
What you need
- A Zapier account.
- A Temso account with admin access to the workspace. Only admins can approve the connection, because it grants publishing access to the projects you pick.
Connect Temso to Zapier
- In Zapier, create a Zap and search for Temso as the trigger app.
- Choose the Article Ready to Publish trigger.
- Click Connect, then sign in to Temso in the window that opens.
- Pick the projects this connection may publish from, and click Allow access.
The connection shows up in Zapier named after the projects you granted, so it's clear which one you're using if you connect more than one workspace.
Build the Zap
Step 1 — Trigger: Article Ready to Publish. Choose the Temso project to listen to. Zapier pulls in recent article samples so you can map fields without publishing anything for real.
Step 2 — Create the post in your CMS. Add your CMS as the action, for example:
- Shopify → Create Blog Entry
- Webflow → Create Item (draft) or Create Live Item (published)
- WordPress → Create Post
Map the Temso fields onto your CMS fields. The common ones:

Turn the Zap on. That's it — the next article you publish in Temso appears in your CMS, and Temso marks the publication succeeded.
Recording the live URL (optional)
If you want the published link stored back on the article in Temso, add one more step:
Step 3 — Temso: Confirm Publication. Map these fields:

Skip this step and publishing still works. It only adds the live link and the CMS post ID to the record in Temso.
Turning the Zap off
Turning the Zap off disconnects the destination for that project, and Temso stops sending articles. Turn it back on to resume. You can also disconnect it from Settings → Integrations in Temso.
Troubleshooting
"This project already has an active publishing connection." The project is already publishing somewhere else. Disconnect the existing destination under Settings → Integrations, then turn the Zap on again.
Your connection needs reconnecting. The connection was revoked in Temso. Reconnect the Temso account in Zapier.
"This connection can't publish." The connection was approved without publishing permission. Reconnect and make sure Content publish is approved.
Articles aren't arriving. Check the Zap is on, and that it's listening to the project you're publishing from. A project sends only to its own connected destination.
